Children's Health System values service to our patients, families and visitors.  In the event that any of our customers have concerns about patient care and/or safety in the organization, we encourage them to call 939-9100 and ask for the Patient Relations Department or the House Supervisor.  Every effort will be made to address these concerns. Concerns may also be reported to the Joint Commission, the hospital's accrediting body, by contacting the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring.
