CHEX Enter CHS plus your Employee ID number in the "Name" Field -- CHS0000. Enter your last name in the "Password" Field -- Smith. Then click the Login button.

My Service Center UserID: CHS + Employee ID (ex. CHS1234), Password: Your Social Security Number (no dashes) Passwords must be reset after initial login and every 90 days thereafter.  Call the Customer Support Desk (205-939-6568) for assistance in resetting passwords.
